Concrete Sleepers Plant
The plant of reinforced concrete structures is the largest producer of reinforced concrete cross ties, acting for 17 years. Region-unique production line of reinforced concrete laths was established in 2011. The plant produces reinforced concrete cross ties with a diameter of 1520 mm and 1435 mm.
Except laths and cross ties the reinforced concrete plant also produces previously intense and not intense reinforced concrete structures.
The company serves local and transnational projects, such as construction of the railroad of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars, the Tbilisi bypass road and reconstruction of the Georgian railroad.
The enterprise is the official representative of “Pandrol UK" in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The plant is equipped with the newest computer-controlled equipment of concrete knot, the latest systems for heat treatment, modern laboratories and the full infrastructure which provides continuous delivery of products by railway and other vehicles.
The plant is staffed with highly skilled professional personnel. The modern quality standards and quality management were implemented according ISO 9001:2008.
